INTRODUCTION (M.Sc. Nursing)

Master of Science in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing) is a 2-year postgraduate programme offered at Rattan Professional Education College of Nursing. The programme is designed to prepare highly competent, skilled, and confident nursing professionals capable of contributing effectively in advanced clinical practice, nursing education, administration, and research.

Admission
Journey (M.Sc. Nursing)

Admission to the M.Sc. Nursing programme is conducted in accordance with the guidelines of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, the Indian Nursing Council (INC), the Punjab Nurses Registration Council (PNRC), and the Government of Punjab. Admission is granted through the Punjab Master of Science Nursing Entrance Test (PMNET) conducted by BFUHS.

Admission is subject to the latest notifications, eligibility criteria, counselling schedule, and regulations issued by BFUHS, INC, PNRC, and the Government of Punjab from time to time.
Online Registration
Eligible candidates must register online through the official BFUHS admission portal within the prescribed schedule.
Entrance Examination (PMNET):
Candidates are required to appear for and qualify the Punjab Master of Science Nursing Entrance Test (PMNET) conducted by BFUHS for admission to M.Sc. Nursing programmes.
Merit List
BFUHS prepares and publishes the merit list based on PMNET scores, reservation policy, and eligibility criteria.
Online Counseling
Qualified candidates participate in centralized online counselling, where they can select their preferred college and nursing specialty based on merit and seat availability.
Seat Allotment
Seats are allotted strictly on the basis of merit, reservation policy, candidate preferences, and availability of seats.
Document Verification & Fee Submission
Candidates allotted a seat must report to the allotted institution for verification of original documents and payment of the prescribed fee to confirm admission.
