Rattan Professional Education College, established under the Rattan Professional Education Society (Regd.) in 1997, is committed to excellence in teaching, learning, research, and academic development. The College has earned a strong reputation for providing quality education and fostering future educators.

The College offers M.Ed. (2-Year) and B.Ed. (2-Year) programs, both approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), recognized by the Government of Punjab, and affiliated with Punjabi University, Patiala. These programs combine academic excellence with practical teacher training.

In addition, the College offers B.A., BCA, BBA, B.Com., and PGDCA programs, all affiliated with Punjabi University, Patiala, providing students with diverse academic opportunities and a strong foundation for successful careers.

  • All fees are subject to revision in accordance with the policies of the College, the affiliating university, or the competent regulatory authorities.
  • Fees once paid or deposited shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Students are required to pay all applicable University charges separately as and when notified by the University.

Admission Process

M.Ed.

M.Ed. (50 Seats)
Direct admission on the basis of merit of qualifying examination as per University norms.

B.Ed. (2 Year Course)

Total Seats: 200
  • Centralized Counselling: Admission is through centralized counselling conducted by the designated University.
  • Management Seats: 26 seats out of 200 are reserved under the Management Quota.
  • Reservation: Reservation of seats for various categories is as per the policy of the State Govt./University.
