Anti-Ragging Policy
Rattan Professional Educational College of Paramedical Sciences, Mohali is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, professional, and respectful learning environment for all students. The College maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards ragging and prohibits any act that causes physical, mental, emotional, psychological, or verbal harassment, intimidation, humiliation, or discrimination among students.
Ragging in any form, whether within the campus, hostel premises, clinical training centres, hospitals, or outside the campus, is strictly prohibited and punishable under the applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC), the affiliating University, and other competent authorities. Any student found involved in ragging shall be liable for strict disciplinary action, including suspension, expulsion, cancellation of admission, withholding of scholarships, or any other penalty deemed appropriate by the College authorities.
The College encourages students to promptly report any incident, complaint, or apprehension of ragging. Every complaint shall be treated with complete confidentiality and investigated promptly to ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of all students.
